Why doesn’t my beta/developer plan have logs or statistics?

Beta and developer plans do not have log files because we do not keep statistics for them. These plans are not meant for production sites and therefore logs and statistics are not provided for this type of plan.

If you do require statistics and logs, you can submit a change plan request through the WebControlCenter by going to Customer-Support Requests-Change Plan. If you move to any of our production plans, you will receive access to logs and statistics.
