How do I point a domain name on the Internet to a host or web server?

Every domain name has name servers associated with it. Every Registrar has a place to include name server addresses. These servers are geographically located at the host and contain records for the web server and email server.

You will need to login to the existing account at the Registrar. This is generally done with a registry key. You will then need to find the Name Server or DNS settings listed for the domain name.

The Primary and Secondary Name Servers and IP Addresses can be found in the Control Center. If you have not already, login to the Control Center at

Next, From the menu item SITE, click on SITE OVERVIEW. From this window, you will be able to find the Primary Name Server and the Secondary Name Server. Enter this information into the corresponding fields at the Registrar.

If you have registered your domain name through the Control Center, this step has already been done for you.
