SmarterMail Web Interface mixing up email addresses?

If more than one person uses a computer to check different email addresses on the SmarterMail Web Interface and you start to see another user’s email address or inbox while browsing around your own, then the browser is not checking for new pages.

To change this, open up your browser (if it is not already) and under Tools see Internet Options and under Temporary Internet Files click on the Settings button. Change the option button from "Never" to "Every Visit to the Page." Now multiple people can check different email accounts in the SmarterMail Web Interface from the same Personal Computer!
