Changing Settings - Outlook 2016

  1. Click file in top left of Outlook, then in the info section, click the Account Settings dropdown, then select the Account Settings option.
  2. Click REPAIR rather than change:
  3. When the repair screen opens, click advanced options, then check the box for “Let me repair my account manually,” then click repair:
  4. Within the repair area that opens, you will have the ability to update the incoming and outgoing server information. Simply click on the “Outgoing mail” link once the incoming mail settings have been changed to display the outgoing settings.
  5. Once complete, click repair to confirm the changes.
