Replying to an Open and/or Closed Support Ticket in the WSM

1)  Navigate to and click the Account button.  Then select Login


2) Enter your Email Address and Password.  Then click Login.


3)  On the Left Hand Menu, select Support > Tickets.


4)  Click on the Ticket Number. 


From here, you can also open a new ticket, view existing tickets with different departments and the current status.  Clicking on the ticket will provide you the entire ticket thread as well as give you the option to reply.

5)  Reply to the Ticket (all the way at the bottom) in the Space Provided and Click Submit. 

If the ticket is resolved, you can click the close button.
