Opening a Support Ticket in the WSM


1)  Navigate to and click the Account button.  Then select Login. 


2) Enter your Email Address and Password.  Then click Login. 


3)  On the Left Hand Menu, select Open Ticket.


4)  Select the Appropriate Department for Your Ticket. 


5)  Fill in the Subject, Email Address, Domain, Phone and Type of Inquiry.  Please provide a summary of your request in the comments box. 


6)  Click Submit.
