Reseting your WSM Account Password

Account Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Password Reset feature available at the Newtek Portal. When you fill in your registered email address (and answer your account security question if set), you will be emailed instructions on how to reset your password.

Password Reset Steps:

1. Navigate to You will see the Account button in the top right corner.  Click that, then Forgot Password.  

2.  Type in the email address associated with your Newtek account and click Submit. 

3. If you have a security question set up, answer it and click Submit.  If you do not have a security question setup, an email will be on its way. 

4. Check your email for the "Validation Email" that has been sent.

5. Click the Password Reset URL provided in your email.

6. Type in your new password and confirm it, then click Save Changes.  Your password must be a minimum 8 characters, have at least 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and symbol.

7. You'll receive a Password Reset Successfully message.  Click on the link to return to the client area login to access your account.
