If you are not aware of what your cPanel password is or forgotten the password, it is not able to be viewed from within the Web Services Manager, but you are able to reset the password. To do so, please follow these steps:
If you are unable to log into the Web Services Manager due to a forgotten password, please use Knowledge Base Article KB 1687
2) Head to your services located on the left side of the screen and click on my services from the list
3) Find the hosting plan that you want to change the password for and click on View Details to the right of the hosting plan.
4) Once the details load up, you will see a list of tabs at the top of the screen. Click on the change password tab at the top.
5) Once there, it will show you your cPanel username and allow you to input a new password and confirm that new password. Make sure to click update once completed.
That's it! Your new password is set once the update is completed. You can use that to login through the cPanel link directly or head back to your details page on that plan and click the "Login to cPanel" button there to get into cPanel.
