I sent a large amount of emails out to a mailing list why is it taking so long to deliver?

By default all shared domain’s are configured to only process a max of 800 emails an hour to protect the performance of all normal email delivery on the server. Certain guidelines are in place to help you properly deliver mass email or email lists to your recipients.
