Due to the various mobile email devices on the market, we are not able to support the setup of Mobile devices such as the Sidekick, Trio, BlackBerry, etc. For further detailed information, please check your service provider’s support website for further information.

Most devices only need this basic information:

Incoming server: ( should be your domain)
Outgoing server:
Password: defined by user

This information should be all you need for a mobile email device.
