Resetting your WSM Security Question

This question is used in conjunction with your email address to reset your account password access via the Request a Password Reset feature in the Client Area Login, if you happen to misplace your password. 

To change your Security question, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to and login using Email Address and Password.

2. On the left hand menu, expand Account and then select Edit Account Details.

3. Click Change Security Question.  Enter your existing security question then select a new security question from the drop down menu. Enter and confirm your answer then click save changes.
